ARTISTS / ARTIST REPRESENTATIVES
As a general rule of thumb, Loudersoft will only review original songs and remixes from bands & recording artists which have not been posted by any other blog or website.. If your submission was blogged about or posted elsewhere already, your email will get discarded when you’d probably rather that I at least listen to it.
If you have something that has not been posted elsewhere you’d like me to check out, you may send your submission via Submit Hub by following this link: http://www.submithub.com/blog/loudersoft
PHYSICAL PRESS KITS AND MERCH
We love getting cassettes, vinyl 45’s/LP’s, t-shirts, stickers, concert tickets, inappropriate or embarrassing photographs of yourself or any other promotional item sent to us!
Sure, we’ll accept USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL…. but unless you’re sending time-sensitive material, save your postage and just send it USPS Priority Mail.
It’s our pleasure to listen to anything you submit.
Someone (usually me) will listen to and consider everything that comes in at some point in time. But Loudersoft doesn’t publish a review for every submission. We are not able to personally reply to every submission. If we want to publish a review of your work, you will definitely hear back from me or someone representing Loudersoft.
Anything which is submitted to us via Submit Hub or at any email or physical address is considered to be an unsolicited submission. Please note that all assets from unsolicited submissions of any kind from any source become the property of Loudersoft and may be used at any time, now or in future for promotional purposes without notice.
Publication of a review or commentary regarding any submission, sharing of content via Loudersoft’s websites, entities, social media assets or responding to any unsolicited submission in no way constitutes an endorsement.

If We Contact You: Please don’t attach or include MP3 Files in your emails unless specifically asked to do so.
You can include links to MP3’s hosted elsewhere, but please do not send emails that include attached MP3’s in them.
What Happens If I Attach Actual MP3 Files In my Email To You?
If you got this far and you haven’t figured it out, I’ll explain: emails containing unsolicited attached MP3’s get deleted and the original sender’s email address gets added to our permanent email blacklist. No really, this is not a Jedi mind trick that will suddenly make your submission stand out in a good way if you ignore the request — please don’t email actual MP3’s or you get permanently blacklisted. If it seems I’m going overboard to make my point, you would be surprised how many people look at this page and see the words “don’t send mp3’s” and still email them as attachments to their message. If you read this page and understood only this paragraph, you’d be in good shape
I’m in a hurry / have a lot to do / am lazy, can I just Tweet it to you?
I’d advise against it, and not just where I’m concerned. It’s a very annoying & bad practice to massively tweet your links to various people because it just, inevitably, pisses them (or me) off, then you get reported as spam and you can lose your Twitter account. It’s not about you or whether your music is good, it’s about the dozens upon dozens of people who came to social media before you who did the exact same thing. Tweeting music promo at me and at other people will end badly for you, so please don’t. Thank you.
