- Links to high-resolution photographs of you/your band
- Bandcamp page, your Soundcloud page
- Links to someplace you have uploaded your mp3′s but not actual mp3′s

::: What Happens If I Email Actual MP3′s to you? ::: Emails containing MP3′s get deleted and the original sender’s email address gets added to our permanent email blacklist. No really — please don’t email actual MP3′s or you get permanently blacklisted. If it seems I’m going overboard to make my point, you would be surprised how many people look at this page and see the words “don’t send mp3′s” and still send them to me. It’s actually shocking.

We’re not lawyers, but we talked to some and this is what they said. The overwhelming majority of the songs posted on Loudersoft have been cleared for posting through a representative of the copyright holder (e.g., publicists, IODA, The Orchard) or directly with the copyright holders themselves. Loudersoft recognizes the authority of and is adjudicated under the jurisdiction of copyright laws pertaining to Loudersoft’s country of origin and publication, the United States of America. If you are the copyright owner of any songs posted here and wish to have your song(s) removed, please send me an email. Your request will be handled as soon as I receive your email.
We’re not jerks. We do things the easy way, not the hard way. Just ask and it’s gone. In an effort to reduce conflicts and confusion, Loudersoft’s firm agreement and policy regarding anyone with a DMCA compliance request is always one-on-one mediation. If you have such a request, contact me directly to make a resolution. Please do not contact my registrar or hosting company without first emailing me. Failure to email me first could create unnecessary delays in compliance or potentiate liability on the part of the claimant.
